Day 1
Start your adventure at basecamp and hike through the beautiful landscape towards National Park Weerribben-Wieden. After an invigorating walk, you will reach the water, where you will prepare your packraft for a relaxing but exciting trip. As you glide along the winding waterways, you will be surrounded by the rich flora and fauna of this special nature reserve.
Along the way, you will pass the picturesque village of Kalenberg. This charming village is the perfect place for a break: explore the rustic surroundings or enjoy the serene views as you unwind.
At the end of the day, you return to basecamp, where you finish the day and head home. Or you may choose to spend the night at basecamp and end the evening around a cosy campfire under the stars. For those with energy left, an evening trip to the famous Giethoorn offers the chance to discover even more of the local charm.
